Financial Approval

By proceeding with a course enrolment, you are confirming that you have financial approval to attend the course.

Course Cancellation or Reschedule Procedures

In the event that a course is cancelled or rescheduled, Worklearner will notify the participant as soon as possible via the following methods: 1. email to the participant email address as supplied, 2. sms message to the participant mobile number if supplied, 3. email to the organisations general email address. The participant should also visit the Worklearner site prior to travelling to a course, to confirm that the course has not been cancelled or rescheduled. Worklearner will not accept any responsibility for losses incurred by the school or participant or any other party brought about by changes to any course.

Participant Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation advice must be received in writing 7 days prior to course date. If the nominated person is unable to attend on the day, a replacement may be sent in their place. If a participant cancels later than 7 days prior to the course date, or fails to attend a course, then they may apply in writing for a course credit to a future course up to the same value
